AS Vallikraavi Real Estate (parent company) main activity in 2022 was the provision of real estate activities. Our goal is to offer clients various real estate solutions and ensure valuable longevity for real estate.

Summary of the reporting year 2022, the war between Ukraine and Russia made buyers slightly cautious, but the reporting year showed that the market has continued to move in an upward direction and the apartment market has been active mainly in the new development sector. There was a decline in buyer activity at the end of the year.

In the reporting year, the construction of the Siili 3 apartment building in Tartu was completed and sales were started. By the end of the year, 100% of the apartments had been sold (there are a total of 60 apartments in the building).

In Tallinn, the construction of Sinimäe 1 was completed and sales were started. The building has 48 apartments.

A renovation project was prepared for the building at Staadioni tn 83 in Tartu.

In Tartu, the construction and pre-sale of the Siili 1 and Rebase 17 apartment buildings were started. There are 50 apartments in the Siili 1 building and 100 apartments in Rebase 17.

In Tartu, planning for the development of the Raatuse quarter was started. An architectural competition was organized.

A building permit was issued for the Raudsilla 1 apartment building in Narva. Construction will begin in 2023.

We follow the current environmental management system standards and laws in our development activities, using certified contract partners accordingly.
