The reporting year was eventful and brought new challenges both internally and in relation to the surrounding business environment. The impact of events related to the COVID-19 pandemic in previous years was milder in the reporting year, and there was also a need to deal with the aftermath of the pandemic to restore normal daily business operations. As the company's organic development continued in parallel with this, there was also a need to deal with internal structural issues to avoid potential bottlenecks. The rise in energy carrier prices posed challenges in the form of increased transport costs and to a lesser extent in the execution of daily operations (local transport, increasing the share of heating and electricity costs in the structure of business expenses). In the management's opinion, the company coped well with the above-mentioned challenges and is sustainable. Business operations will continue in the same areas in the future.
