The main activity of ALSO Eesti OÜ is the distribution of IT products and services. The company markets goods through 650 resellers. The parent company of ALSO Eesti OÜ is ALSO Holding AG, which is registered in Switzerland and whose shares are listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.

ALSO Eesti OÜ mainly operates in Estonia. ALSO Eesti OÜ's sales revenue in Estonia increased by 2% in 2022 compared to the previous year. The most active business activity is in the last quarter, there is no seasonality.

Despite the tense foreign political situation and inflation caused by the rise in energy carrier prices, there were no major changes in the customer base in 2022.

However, the general price increase affected sales volumes in all customer groups - the growth in sales of solutions aimed at business customers compensated for the decline in sales of products aimed at private customers. New manufacturers were mainly added to the product range, mainly software and IT security solution manufacturers, we also launched a new Internet of Things platform (English: IoT platform).

In 2022, the company continued to develop new business models. Sales of software-based monthly services and workplace and equipment rental services increased. We also continued to provide financial services to support infrastructure project financing.

The parent company ALSO Holding AG continues to expand into new countries, thus increasing the competitiveness of all group companies.

Events that are not reflected in the annual financial statements but may affect the results of the following financial years are described in the appendix "Events after the reporting date".

The main environmental activity that the company systematically deals with concerns the handling of electronic waste and packaging. Permanent contracts have been concluded in both areas with producer responsibility organizations, with the help of which the obligations arising from the law are fulfilled.

In 2022, the company did not have significant investments. There were no significant research and development projects and related expenditures during the reporting year and are not planned for the following year.

The equity as of the balance sheet date complies with the requirements established in the Commercial Code. No transactions have taken place with the company's shares during the financial year, they have not been acquired, redeemed or alienated.

The company's accounting currency is the euro. Monetary assets and liabilities fixed in foreign currency are revalued into the accounting currency on the balance sheet date based on the exchange rates of the European Central Bank valid on the balance sheet date.

As a result of the revaluation, a foreign exchange loss of 201 thousand euros has been recognized in the income statement for the reporting period as an expense.

ALSO Eesti OÜ will continue to deal with the distribution of IT products and services and invest in the development of new business directions in the 2023 financial year.

The average number of employees in the 2022 reporting year was 46. The total gross salary in 2022 was 1,753 thousand euros, of which the gross salaries of board members made up 243 thousand euros.
