TECHNOMAR & ADREM Joint Stock Company is a family business and consolidation group established in 1991, which includes the parent company of the same name and its subsidiaries Joint Stock Company Keemiakaubandus and TASMO BUSINESS GROUP Joint Stock Company, and the Krabi Club Ltd under the latter's control (collectively referred to as the Group).

Main areas of activity

TECHNOMAR & ADREM is one of the largest wood production companies in Estonia, producing parquet, cable drums, plywood packaging and wooden furniture components. The Group has long-term experience in both wood processing and timber trade. The initial activity included further processing of plywood and wood. In 2005, the production of multi-layer parquet was started, marking the beginning of the history of the Esta Parquet brand.

Having started with plywood trade, the company has evolved into a collection of production plants, all located in the suburbs of Tallinn.

The Group has four factories located in Maardu, right next to Tallinn. TECHNOMAR & ADREM is an export-oriented company, the majority of products are exported to European, American and Asian countries. The main export markets for TECHNOMAR & ADREM's production in 2022 and 2021 were the USA, Sweden, Germany, China and Finland, which accounted for 61% (2021: also 61%) of consolidated sales revenue in 2022.

The main milestones have been the following: 2010: an additional 2500 m2 production building was built 2012: drying capacity was doubled 2014: production of the curved “Infinity” floor was started 2016: an additional 4000 m2 production building was built 2018: production of herringbone parquet was started 2020: a novel veneer parquet is coming out 2021: a new 12,000 m2 factory building for solid wood detail production is completed

The parquet produced by the Group carries the ESTA PARKET brand (https://estaparket.eu/en/). The results of tests conducted by independent laboratories show that the quality of Esta Parquet is at the same or higher level compared to other top-class European manufacturers, especially in terms of finishing quality. TECHNOMAR & ADREM is capable of producing up to 2.5 million square meters of parquet per year.

Starting in the harsh Scandinavian climate, they were aware of the high demands of both customers and competitors for quality, and at the same time, Esta Parquet won the hearts of parquet sellers all over the world. Esta Parquet has been used all over the world and the list of completed works is only growing.

In addition to its main activity - production activity - the Group's owner keeps an eye on the possibilities of expanding investment activity in non-production assets both at home and abroad. Such investment activity involves placing capital primarily in the loan and real estate market. During the reporting period, as in previous periods, the Group has provided long-term loans to several borrowers, the main one being RedFigures Consolidated Capital Ltd, a non-licensed financial services business under the control of the Group's owner, which provides loan capital to mortgage lenders with moderate risk and diversified portfolios and finances long-term real estate development projects in Estonia and neighboring countries.
