Eurostauto OÜ was established in November 2008. Since July 2009, Eurostauto has been the official representative of Nissan and the official repair shop of Mazda, and since July 2020, Eurostauto's Pärnu office has also been the official representative of Jeep and the official maintenance and repair shop for Fiat vans. Eurostauto has 2 offices in Estonia, in Tallinn and Pärnu.

In 2022, Eurostauto sold 102 new Nissans, 2 new Mazdas, 3 new Jeeps, and 180 used cars, a total of 287 cars. The volume of car sales decreased by 28% compared to 2021. In 2022, the overall car market in Estonia decreased by 8.8% compared to 2021, and Nissan sales decreased by 6.7%.

At the beginning of 2022, Nissan car deliveries were disrupted and sales volumes decreased significantly.

At the end of 2020, Eurostauto began preparing to obtain the official license for the BMW maintenance and repair shop. The necessary equipment was purchased and the Pärnu office was brought into compliance with the BMW factory standard. Since the end of March 2021, Eurostauto's Pärnu office has been the official BMW maintenance and repair shop.

With the acquisition of the rights to the BMW repair shop, Eurostauto also started importing and selling used BMW cars.

With the acquisition of BMW maintenance rights, the volume of car maintenance work and the sale of spare parts increased by 27.6%.

The number of used cars sold decreased, but more expensive cars were sold, so the turnover of used cars in 2022 remained at the same level as in 2021.

Eurostauto is a continuously developing company and is looking for opportunities to expand its operations.

By the end of 2023, Eurostauto plans to invest 300,000 EUR to strengthen the maintenance and repair base and to launch the maintenance of new brands.
