The main activity of Unifiedpost AS is the provision of information logistics services, including settlement services, to companies.

The services offered include: • mass printing and posting of payment documents (invoices, late payment claims, notices, etc.) and electronic transmission; • receipt of purchase invoices (in various electronic formats, including in various formats both domestically in accordance with the e-invoice standard and across Europe via the PEPPOL network) together with the provision of invoice processing environments; • invoice receipt service based on the payer's request; • sending e-invoices to banks, collecting payment information from various payment channels, processing it and forwarding it to payment collectors for further automated processing; • electronic archiving of documents; • mediation of e-invoices between companies.

Services are provided by Unifiedpost AS in cooperation with the following partners: Swedbank, SEB Bank, Luminor Bank, Coop Bank and Estonian Post.

The most important customers in 2022 were: Eesti Energia AS, Telia Eesti AS, Eesti Gaas AS, Swedbank AS, TELE2 Eesti AS, TV Play Baltics AS, VKG Elektrivõrgud OÜ, Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund, TF Bank AB Estonian branch, AS Inbank Finance, G4S Eesti AS and others.

Unifiedpost AS has a subsidiary Probatio OÜ. Unifiedpost AS is exempt from preparing consolidated annual reports according to the Accounting Act, as consolidating units that are exempt from the obligation to prepare consolidated annual financial statements, whose consolidated balance sheet totals do not exceed 5% of the consolidating unit's balance sheet total and whose sales revenue does not exceed 5% of the consolidating unit's sales revenue. Information about the subsidiary is provided in Note 4 of the annual financial statements.

Revenues, expenses and profit The sales revenue for 2022 was 5,077 thousand euros and the profit was 17 thousand euros.

Macroeconomic operating environment, business cyclicality and risks

In the unique and new environment aimed at micro-enterprises, Bangup.ee, the number of e-users continued to grow rapidly in 2022, as private sector companies increasingly want to receive only e-invoices from their suppliers. This is a clear trend in the market and in the coming years, sending e-invoices will become the predominant way of settling in the Estonian market. By the time of submitting the annual report, the number of Banqup.ee users has already grown to 23,500 customers.

The currency risk is low as transactions are in euros. The credit risk is low as the main customers are large local companies with a strong financial position. The interest rate risk is low as the company does not have significant loan obligations.

The company's business is not seasonal.

Investments

No significant investments were made in fixed assets during the reporting period.

As of the date of submission of the report, all of the company's main services are ISO 27001 certified.
