The mission of Merit Software is to make the work of small business managers and accountants faster and more comfortable, by offering simple business software and friendly service. We help our software users grow faster.

We offer the following products and services: - accounting program Merit Aktiva, - payroll program Merit Palk, - support services for Merit Aktiva and Merit Palk users: free and paid customer support, training, consultation, instructional materials, technical support.

Our most important products are the accounting program Merit Aktiva and the payroll program Merit Palk. In 2022, the turnover of Merit Aktiva and Merit Palk was 6.1 million euros, an increase of 21.5% compared to the previous year.

The total sales revenue of Merit Software was 6.49 million euros, an increase of 20.7% compared to the previous year.

The net profit for 2022 was 4.48 million euros, which is 57.8% more than last year. The profit was higher compared to previous years due to the sale of the Finnish subsidiary.

The main competitive advantages of Merit software are ease of use, a lot of automation, good connections with external systems (e-invoices, direct connections with banks, API connections with more than 30 partner software solutions, etc.), excellent customer support (including free customer support), modern cloud technology, and well-functioning marketing. Merit Aktiva

Merit Aktiva is accounting software for small and medium-sized enterprises. The turnover of Merit Aktiva in 2022 was 4.71 million euros (including sales to subsidiaries), an increase of 20.3% compared to the previous year.

As of the end of 2022, Merit Aktiva has 10963 paying customers in Estonia (9862 paying customers at the end of 2021, an increase of 11.2%). 97.5% of Merit Aktiva users use the cloud version, 2.5% still use the installable Windows version.

In addition to Estonia, we sell Merit Aktiva through a subsidiary in Poland.

In Poland, we had 1973 paying customers at the end of 2022 (1864 paying customers at the end of 2021, an increase of 5.8%).

In Poland, we sell our accounting program under the brand name "360 Ksiegowosc". All our Polish customers use the cloud version.

Merit Palk

Merit Palk is a payroll program, the main target group of which are small and medium-sized companies with up to 80 employees. Among the users are both small companies with one employee and larger companies with several hundred employees.

The turnover of Merit Palk in 2022 was 1.4 million euros, an increase of 26.0% compared to the previous year.

As of the end of 2022, Merit Palk has 3875 paying customers in Estonia (3559 paying customers at the end of 2021, an increase of 8.9%). Merit Palk is used to calculate the salaries of more than 125,000 employees.

As of December 31, 2022, 97.9% of Merit Palk's paying users use the cloud version.

In conclusion, we can say that the transition to cloud technology is in its final stages. The most important advantages of cloud technology are security, including secure data storage, the ability for multiple users to work in the same database in different locations, and independence from a specific computer.
