In the process, we analyze and design how to change organizational processes and service delivery channels/tools in such a way that the service is efficient for the provider and has a good user experience for the customer. Digital transformation (also digital revolution) is the adoption of digital solutions or the replacement of older digital solutions with new ones. Through digital transformation, the efficiency of existing processes and services improves. It is also possible to create new services that would be unrealistic or economically unreasonable without the use of digital technology. The digital solutions we create to support our clients' digital transformation include websites, self-services, and other e-services, including event services that automatically start upon a certain event.

For Trinidad Wiseman, it was the most successful result in 15 years of operation, with both turnover (55%) and operating profit (130%) increasing. The company's turnover in 2022 was 13.6 million euros, which is 4.8 million more than the previous year. Operating profit increased to 1.07 million euros.

We are satisfied with the financial results of the past year. In 2022, we won several projects of strategic importance in both the private and public sectors, also outside Estonia. The Atlassian business line also grew significantly. In the first half of the year, our Rakvere team also moved to a new office. The company's headquarters is still located in Tallinn, at Meistri 14.

Although 2022 was at times difficult for the IT sector, where several companies were forced to lay off employees, for strong and well-managed service companies it was a positive phenomenon, as more experienced specialists appeared on the labor market and the pressure on wage growth was not as great as a year ago.
