      Our expertise in main contracting has been evident since 2016, with significant projects like the construction of two warehouse buildings with offices for Nehatu Logistikapark, the Kikas OÜ production building in Loo, and the Büroo-ladu type building for Poolsaare Ärimaja OÜ in Tammneeme. We take pride in our ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

      When it comes to subcontracting, UNUS OÜ boasts a fleet of machinery and a wealth of long-standing knowledge to perform soil works smartly and economically. Our portfolio includes major projects such as the infrastructure development of Nehatu Logistics Park and the construction of several warehouses and production buildings in Keila Keki Technopark and Tänassilma Technopark, among others.

      Materials and Machinery

      Understanding the need for quality materials in construction, we offer sales of bulk materials with transportation. Whether it's for a project site or personal use, we can deliver sand, gravel, soil, and other materials in quantities up to 30 tons.

      Moreover, we provide heavy machinery rental services, including state-of-the-art excavators and soil rollers equipped with the latest technology to ensure precision and efficiency on the job site.
