TRIEST-VAL AS has the magic touch when it comes to exporting, which made up 99 percent of last year's revenue. Total goods sold in foreign markets amounted to 6,93 million euros. If only every company in Estonia would be so great at capturing international markets!

The company's biggest export market was Finland, where it sold 5,39 million euros worth of goods, which contributed 77,8 percent to the company’s export revenue.
Exports in the last quarter were rather dismal for TRIEST-VAL AS as sales to foreign markets plummeted. While sales outside Estonia brought in 7,71 million euros in 2017, the company earned only 6,93 million euros from exports in 2018.
Compared to the previous year TRIEST-VAL AS saw the biggest growth in exports to Poland and Lithuania, where it saw a growth of 880,2 and 348,6 percent respectively.
Exports to Lithuania (10 percent), United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (3 percent) and Hungary (2 percent) also contributed to the total sales revenue of the company.
For comparison, the total exports to Poland by companies within the same sector was 310,59 million euros, of which the exports of TRIEST-VAL AS made up less than 0,00 percent. While the most successful exporters within the same sector to all markets are companies NT BUNKERING AS and ERICSSON EESTI AS, companies BALTICCOAL COMPANY OÜ and ITS ESTONIA OÜ are no slouches when it comes to exports to Poland. Their sales revenues in Poland were 29,23 million and 13,49 million euros respectively.
Last year the total exports to Lithuania by companies within the same sector was 907,67 million euros, of which the exports of TRIEST-VAL AS made up 0,02 percent. When it comes to exports to Lithuania, Estonian companies within the same sector that are making a name for themselves include TOYOTA BALTIC AS and AUTO-BON BALTIC OÜ, whose sales revenues in Lithuania were 119,38 million and 29,88 million euros respectively.
