This acquisition brings together two industry leaders, further enhancing Telko's capabilities to cater to a wide range of product and technical requirements for its partners.

      Mentum AS, recognized as an Ambassador partner of Castrol, has been a key player in the premium lubricants sector within the automotive, industrial, and marine segments across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania since its establishment in 2007. Meanwhile, Telko Ltd, an Ambassador partner of Castrol in the Nordics, boasts an impressive history as a Castrol distributor, dating back to 1958.

      The acquisition of Mentum AS is part of Telko's ongoing efforts to bolster its presence in the lubricants and car chemicals industries. In recent years, Telko has strategically expanded its operations, with notable acquisitions such as Square Oil in Denmark in 2018, ILS Nordic, and Autolubes in Sweden in 2020, and now Mentum in the Baltic region. These strategic moves have allowed Telko to combine decades of experience in the lubrication field, positioning itself as a significant partner to Castrol.
