OÜ Windrox consolidation group is entirely based on Estonian capital, whose main activities are car glass repair, replacement, recalibration of driver assistance systems and wholesale of car glass and accessories. Since 2010, OÜ Windrox has been operating in the Estonian market under the Carglass® brand, based on a franchise agreement concluded with Belron® International Ltd.

Economic activity in the reporting year and development directions:

The main economic activity is OÜ Windrox, which is supported by subsidiaries in their activities. In 2022, OÜ Windrox had over 10 locations across Estonia, serving over 16,500 customers.

Due to technological development, the recalibration of driver assistance systems, which must be done together with the replacement of the windshield on cars with factory-installed active driver assistance systems, is growing rapidly. The proportion of recalibratable jobs already exceeds 30% of all windshield replacements. Due to the latter fact and the growth in market demand, we equipped all branches with the necessary equipment for recalibration.

The domestic sales revenue of the consolidation group grew by 18% in 2022 (in 2021 it was 5,178 M

EUR and in 2022 6,127 M EUR), while the sale of goods to the European Union decreased from 95 thousand euros to 77 thousand (percentage -36%). Since the export of goods is not a strategic direction of the company, such a sales decline does not have a significant importance for the company
