      The Inforegister and Storybook have always been out there to be leaders in a fair and transparent economy. Therefore, for many years we have published the labels and ratings of companies free of charge, regardless of whether the companies (entrepreneurs) were / are reliable or risky.

      See business statistics why a transparent business environment has been important to us, and why we also need to understand those entrepreneurs who want to hide or delete information about their name and business patterns, and why they use the support of the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) to enforce their demands.

      Why are ratings and names now hidden in Inforegister and Storybook?

      If until recently AKI was of the opinion that the representatives of companies do not fall within the scope of protection of the Personal Data Protection Act, now they have changed their position and started to defend the interests of the representatives of legal persons as well.
      As long as the disputes with the AKI continue and the court has not yet made a major decision on how the applicants' interests outweigh the fundamental rights of other businesses (freedom of enterprise and fundamental property rights), personal data is closed (so-called locked), but this is not necessary.
      If today AKI makes its demands indiscriminately on behalf of all entrepreneurs (both reliable and risky), then you can decide for yourself and on your behalf, do you agree with that ?!

      The fact is that the background of companies is still being checked, only that business decisions are now associated with greater financial risks. It is also a fact that in the future, the members of the management board will find it even easier to disregard obligations and violate the law.
      However, if you have nothing to hide - you run successful and highly rated companies, give us your confirmation today that you want to make your and your companies' information public (visible) to everyone, so that no one should doubt when considering business transactions with you.

      Only so can reliable companies stand out amongst the undertakings that remain hidden.
